INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Bowl Rice
- 4 Strip Bacon
- 1 Sliced Cheese
- 1/3 Scallion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/4 Onion
- Cooking Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mince the carrot, onion and scallion.
- Oil the heated frying pan and sauté the minced onion, carrot. Add rice and minced scallion and sauté once more.
- Let it chill for a moment and make it into balls.
- Place 1/4 sliced cheese on top of bacon, then fried rice ball, and roll it in triangular shape.
- Cook each and every side in low heat.
