INGREDIENTS
- Prawns – Minced
- Tofu – Mashed
- Onions – Chopped
- Spring Onions – Chopped
- 1 Egg Yolk
- Salt & Pepper for seasoning
- Bread Crumbs
- Cheese Slice – Cubes
** Extra Bread Crumbs to coat the batter.
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. And leave it at least 15 minutes at fridge.
- Scoop it out with a tablespoon and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown on medium heat.
