Jeyrick Sigmaton became an internet sensation when his photos resembling popular Asian stars such as Lee Min Ho and Vic Zhou spread thru the internet like fire. Since then he has been featured in local TV shows such as Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho and Unang Hirit. He also appeared in Wowowin as a guest host and made his first acting in Sunday Pinasaya.
After Jeyrick Sigmaton a.k.a “carrotman” appeared in Kapuso mo Sunday Pinasaya and Bubble Gang’s “Istambay” carrotman will also appear in Vampire ang Daddy ko.
According to GMA : Kahapon (March 15), pormal nang inanunsyo ng cast na guest nila ang social media bae na si Jeyrick Sigmaton a.k.a Carrot Man.
Yesterday (March 15), the cast of Vampire ang Daddy ko formally announced that social media sensation Jeyrick “carrotman” Sigmaton will be their guest.
Vampire Ang Daddy Ko (My Daddy is a Vampire) is a Philippine television sitcom starring Vic Sotto and his son, Oyo Boy Sotto. It also stars Ryzza Mae Dizon, Jimmy Santos, Bea Binene, Derrick Monasterio, Glaiza de Castro, Anjo Yllana and Pilita Corrales. The show premiered on GMA Network on March 9, 2013, and airs every Sunday nights It premiered on GMA Pinoy TV on March 16, 2013, one week after its original premiere.
The show also serves as Ryzza Mae Dizon’s major sitcom debut, after starring in Tweets For My Sweet in 2012.
The show is also the comeback sitcom of Vic Sotto after his last sitcom on GMA, Ful Haus in 2009.
The cast began shooting the show’s pilot episode on February 5, 2013.
In reports released from the press conference of the show on January 2013, the show resembles some scenes from Twilight.
