INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium size banana blossom (puso ng saging)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 piece onion
- salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- Clean the banana blossom and remove the tough part, sliced into wedges and boiled until tender.
- Drain and slice into small pieces.
- Saute the garlic and onion then add the banana blossom and simmer for a minute.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
