Easy to cook Bulanglang Recipe for you.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 pound lean pork (sliced small pieces)
- 2 eggplant; sliced
- 15 pieces green beans
- 2 cups sliced squash or calabaza
- 2 sliced tomatoes;
- 1 ampalaya (bitter melon); sliced slanting
- 10 okra
- 1 cup malunggay leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp bagoong na alamang (shrimp paste)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ginger
- 1 cup of water
- cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
- Sautee’ together the garlic, onion and ginger;
- Add the bagoong, continue to saute
- Add water and bring to boil;
- Add the green beans, calabaza or squash; bring it to boil;
- After 3 minutes add the okra, ampalaya, malunggay and the talong;
- Add more water if needed;
- Add salt and pepper to taste;
- Serve with white rice and maybe with fried galunggong!
