INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz Chicken tender
- 1 egg
- 3/4 Cornstarch
- Chopped green onion or spring onions
- 1 hot red chili, chopped
- vegetable cooking oil for frying
- 1/2 tbs chopped ginger
- 1/2 tbs garlic
- sherry cooking wine
- 5 spice powder
- salt
- pepper
- a drop of sesame oil.
- sesame oil.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the chicken, dip the sliced chicken breast to the flour then dio it to the scrambled egg. Fry the sliced chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- Stir fry the chili, spring onion, garlic, ginger. Put back the chicken. Give it a quick toast . Put some cherry cooking wine, five spice, salt and pepper, the sliced spring onion.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
