INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 bundles Okra (Lady Fingers) 10pcs
- Bagoong Sauce – 5 tbsp
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger
- 2-3 Siling haba
- Vinegar – 5 tbsp
- Ground black pepper
- Water – ½ cup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine water, bagoong sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and ground black pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes
- Add in okra, siling haba and cook until okra is tender. But don’t overcook.
- Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
