INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken steaks
- 4 tablespoons of creamcheese
- 1/4 cheddar cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons of spring onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon frsh parsley chopped
- Pinch of pepper and salt
- 8 pieces of bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix cream cheese,cheddar,spring onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Put 1/4 of the mixture onto each steak and roll up.
- Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
- Bake for 30 min temp 180’C
