How to make Delicious Stuffed Mushrooms with Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 110 grams Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 4 pcs (larges) Portobello Mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • ½  cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients except for mushrooms.
  2. Top each portobello mushrooms with filling.
  3. Preheat Oven 180 Degree Celsius
  4. Cook for about 25 minutes.
