How to make Delicious Stuffed Mushrooms with Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 110 grams Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 4 pcs (larges) Portobello Mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except for mushrooms.
- Top each portobello mushrooms with filling.
- Preheat Oven 180 Degree Celsius
- Cook for about 25 minutes.
