Here in the Philippines it is commonly known as Molo wrapper, universally it is also known as Wonton wrapper. Here is a simple recipe of homemade wonton wrapper for your siomai.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2-4 tbsps. water
PROCEDURE
- Make a well in flour, drop in eggs and 2 tbsps. water.
- Knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Roll out on floured board till paper thin.
- Cut into desired size or squares.
- Set aside on a clean storage, container.
