INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium size banana blossom (puso ng saging)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 piece onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE

  1. Clean the banana blossom and remove the tough part, sliced into wedges and boiled until tender.
  2. Drain and slice into small pieces.
  3. Saute the garlic and onion then add the banana blossom and simmer for a minute.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
