INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cans (28 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 10 oz. milk
- 2 eggs plus 1 yolk
MAMA’S GUIDE INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the sugar in a pudding pan
- melt it over low heat until becomes a caramel color
- mix condensed milk, milk, eggs & yolk in a blender
- Pass blender mixture into pudding pan through a sieve
- Bake in water bath inside oven at 350 Fº (1 hr 30 min) or steam it.
- allow to rest in the fridge overnight\
- To unmold, warm 1 min before turning over on a plate
