Beer Battered Fish Fillet with Mango Cilantro Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • Dory fillet – 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

Beer Batter:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 bottler beer

Mango Cilantro Salsa:

  • 1 pc ripe mango, chopped
  • 2 pcs  tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp  onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp  wansoy, chopped
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pagsamahin ang lahat ng salsa ingredients. Takpan at ilagay sa chiller.
  2. Pagsamahin lahat ng sangkap para sa beer batter.
  3. Lagyan ng asin at paminta ang dory fillet. Ilagay ang fillet sa batter bago iprito.
  4. Lagyan sa ibabaw ng salsa ang fish fillet bago i-serve.
