INGREDIENTS
- 5 pcg egg beaten
- 1 big can of Condense Milk
- 1 cup Malagkit Rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbs lemon or calamansi juice
- 1/4 cup sugar (caramelized)
PROCEDURE
- wash malagkit rice and steamed with coconut milk for 30 minutes
- dissolve sugar into medium heat to caramelized
- pour into lanera and set aside
- mix the eggs, condensed milk and lemon juice together with the steamed malagkit rice
- pour into the lanera with caramelized sugar and steam for 30 minutes
