INGREDIENTS
- 350 g Shrimps, peeled and deveined.
- 250g spaghetti pasta, cook according to package direction. Drain.
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 6 cloves Garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Sundried tomatoes, soaked in warm water
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Arugula leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lutuin po ang inyong spaghetti ng naaayon sa package direction. Itabi.
- Magpa-init po ng mantika sa kawali, igisa ang bawang ng bahagya, idagdag ang sundered tomato, shrimps, wine at butter. Lutuin ng isang minuto.
- Ihalo ang pasta/spaghetti. Budburan ng asin at paminta.
- Budburan ng parmesan cheese. Idagdag ang Arugula leaves. Serve na po!
