INGREDIENTS
- Eggs – 3pcs
- Cake flour – 90g (shifted)
- Caster sugar / brown sugar – 70g
- Pandan Juice – 2tbs
INSTRUCTIONS
- use stand mixer beat the eggs and sugar about 15-20min
- add in cake flour, use spatula slowly mix. Cut and fold technique to avoid hard cupcake texture result.
- add in Pandan juice, mix well.
- steam in high temperature for 13-15min.
