Steam Pandan Egg Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs – 3pcs
  • Cake flour – 90g (shifted)
  • Caster sugar / brown sugar – 70g
  • Pandan Juice – 2tbs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. use stand mixer beat the eggs and sugar about 15-20min
  2. add in cake flour, use spatula slowly mix.  Cut and fold technique to avoid hard cupcake texture result.
  3. add in Pandan juice, mix well.
  4. steam in high temperature for 13-15min.
