Seafood Pinakbet

Good for serving: 4-5 persons

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kilo of Squid, cleaned cut
  • 1/4 kilo of Prawn
  • 1/2 kilo of Alimasag, cut
  • 1/2 cup of bagoong alamang (shrimp paste)
  • 1/2 Squash, diced
  • 1 pc. riped tomatoes, cut
  • 6 pcs of Okra, cut
  • 2 medium sized eggplants, cut
  • 1 medium sized Ampalaya, sliced
  • 1 string beans, cut about 3 inches sized
  • 1 head of Garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium size Onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a large pan or casserole and add margarine
    Saute garlic until slightly browned, add in onions and tomatoes and continue frying until translucent.
  2. Add bagoong alamang/shrimp paste then mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add squid, prawn and alimasag, let it cook for 3 minutes then add 2 cups of water.Let it boil for 3 minutes
  4. Then add the squash. Simmer for another 2 minutes until the squash is cook.
  5. Add all remaining vegetables.
  6. Add salt to taste then simmer until vegetables are cook according to your taste.

Serve hot. Share and enjoy.
