Good for serving: 4-5 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kilo of Squid, cleaned cut
- 1/4 kilo of Prawn
- 1/2 kilo of Alimasag, cut
- 1/2 cup of bagoong alamang (shrimp paste)
- 1/2 Squash, diced
- 1 pc. riped tomatoes, cut
- 6 pcs of Okra, cut
- 2 medium sized eggplants, cut
- 1 medium sized Ampalaya, sliced
- 1 string beans, cut about 3 inches sized
- 1 head of Garlic, crushed
- 1 medium size Onion, minced
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 cups of water
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a large pan or casserole and add margarine
Saute garlic until slightly browned, add in onions and tomatoes and continue frying until translucent. - Add bagoong alamang/shrimp paste then mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add squid, prawn and alimasag, let it cook for 3 minutes then add 2 cups of water.Let it boil for 3 minutes
- Then add the squash. Simmer for another 2 minutes until the squash is cook.
- Add all remaining vegetables.
- Add salt to taste then simmer until vegetables are cook according to your taste.
Serve hot. Share and enjoy.
