INGREDIENTS
- 1can Drained corn
- 2Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2Tbsp Butter
- 1Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1Cup Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese
PROCEDURE
- Melt butter and peanut butter in a heated pan.
- Add drained corn and fry for 5 minutes on medium.
- Add 2Tbsp of Mayonnaise, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top and let it melt.
