INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups glutinous rice
- 3 cups water
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 1- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (adjust sweetness)
- 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the glutinous rice with water in a rice cooker. Rice should be undercooked.
- Pour the glutinous rice in a baking 9×13 dish.
LATIK:
- In a saucepan add the coconut milk, sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil until mixture is dark brown and very thick.
- Pour out onto the rice and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350F for 15 mins.
