INGREDIENTS

- 200g rice flour
- 80g wheat starch
- 40g premier potato flour
- 480g water
B.
- 250g radish (juliennes)
- 60g dried shrimp( soak & drain)
- 2 pcs chinese sausages (diced)
- 420g water
- 5 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 10g salt
- 5g MSG
- 30g sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ingredients A. & set aside; blanch radish in boiling water. Drain
- Heat oil in a wok & saute dried shrimp & sausages til fragrant, then pour water & seasoning. Ones boil, toss in mixtures (A) & turn to low heat. Stir til turn into paste.
- Pour paste into greased. 8″×8 “3 tray, Steam in high heat for 50mins. remove & let it go. hehe let it cool I mean
- To serve, cut radish cake & fry a little bit w/ a little bit oil til both sides turn golden buddha or golden brown.
