INGREDIENTS
- 300g roasted peanut , removed skin
- 600ml water
- 40g rice flour mixed with 110 ml water
- 150g sugar
- 50~60ml milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender add in the peanut, water, sugar and blend until very fine smooth.
- Pour in the peanut mixture into a pot and bring it to boil.
- Stir constantly while cooking to prevent it from burn in the bottom.
- Mix in the rice flour mixture and continue cook until thick.
- Lastly ,add in the milk and stir.
- Remove from heat. Serve while hot and enjoy!
