INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cassava flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- Vanilla flavor, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a big bowl mix the cassava flour, 2 cups water, vanilla flavor and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the puto moulds and arrange side by side in a steamer. Steam for 40 to 45 minutes.
- When done remove from steamer and let cool down.
- Scoop out the pichi pichi from the puto mould. Roll each piece in grated cheddar cheese.
