“The tricycle entered the NLEX thru Lawang Bato in Valenzuela City which is an unmanned exit point only. The driver went against the flow of exiting vehicles or made a counter flow. The said vehicle was spotted immediately and reported to the NLEX Traffic Control Room (TCR). TCR immediately relayed the information to the nearest roving Patrol who chased and apprehended the violator. The driver was immediately turned over to Balagtas PNP.” -explained Kit Ventura, MNTC’s Corporate Communications Head.
