The Secret to making Perfectly Scrambled Eggs!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoon NESTLÉ Cream
- A knob of butter
METHOD
- Whisk the eggs, cream and a pinch of salt until the mixture has one consistency.
- Put butter on a very low heat pan and let it gradually melt. Don’t allow the butter to brown and burn or it will discolour the eggs. It should be golden yellow.
- Slowly pour in the egg mixture and let it sit, without stirring, for 20 seconds.
- As the mixture begins to set, gently pull it across the pan.
- In very low heat, continue to cook eggs. Pull lift and fold eggs – slowly cook it until it becomes thick and no egg liquid remains.
Serve the velvety scramble egg at once. Enjoy!
