INGREDIENTS
- 225 g Cake flour
- 1½ tsp Baking powder
- 75g Margarine, melted
- 175 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Frozen corn
- 1 sachet KNORR Three Cheese Sauce
- 150 g Cheddar cheese, grated
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Simply mix all the ingredients together but do not over mix the mixture.
- Fill muffin cases or a greased muffin pan ¾ full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve warm or cold Enjoy!
