INGREDIENTS
- 1 large can peaches, drained and pureed
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking soda
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix dry ingredients and peach puree and vanilla.
- Grease a 9 by 13 pan. Pour mixture in evenly and bake 35 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
TOPPINGS
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add>>
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Spread over cooled cake and let sit for 2 hours before serving.
