He does not have hands yet he could create intricate scale models of the popular form of transportation in Dumaguete City, Central Philippines: the tricycle. Photographer Denniz Futalan shares photos of this hardworking guy and his awesome handcrafted creations, despite him not having hands at all!

Futalan’s photos were shared by Top Gear Philippines whose staff were quite impressed with these miniature tricycles, especially considering that these were handcrafted and not just mass produced like most small scale automotive models are in the market.

These miniature tricycles are so small that several can easily fit on the palm of your hand – some are even just about 1 inch tall and 1 inch wide! But while the small models of the public transport will surely impress you, it is the man behind the crafts that would make you appreciate the craft more.

Considering that these miniature pieces are so small, you would have surely thought that these were crafted by someone with very nimble hands yet the guy behind these cute tricycles (which Futalan fondly calls as “pediboxes”) does not even have hands at all!

Using the stumps of his arm as well as his feet, this inspiring craftsman builds these tiny pediboxes from scratch. According to Futalan, it was the owner of Ct Limit Digital Electronic Service Center (also in Dumaguete City) who taught the handless craftsman how to create the miniature tricycles.
