INGREDIENTS
30 hard boiled eggs
lightly cracked the shell with the back of a spoon
Herbs:
20 slices chuan qiong
12 slices gan cao
14 slices dang gui
4 star anise
2 x 3 cm cinnamon stick
2 tbsp tea leaves
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
10 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp rock sugar
1 tsp salt
Water
METHOD
- Put all ingredients into the inner pot of Noxxa Pressure Cooker and pour in enough water to cover the eggs.
- Cover the lid and turn pressure regulator knob to “Pressure”. Select “High Pressure” function and set 30 minutes. Press “On/Off” button and cook until the flavor has been absorbed.
