BATANES – The country’s northernmost and smallest province, Batanes is among the most sought-after tourism frontier destinations located at the confluence of the West Philippine Sea and Pacific Ocean.
Batanes is nearer to Taiwan, which is just 190 kilometers north, than mainland Luzon which is 280 kilometers from Aparri.
